Hello! 

Can you believe it is almost time for your Christmas Mini Session at Grace Tree Farm on Sunday, November 1, 2020, with Blink! I am so excited about the Holidays this year and to be capturing your family's images! 

First of all, I just want to thank you for choosing Blink for your photo sessions. We greatly appreciate you and your family and honored that you trust us in capturing your Holiday memories! Here is some helpful information for your session. 

ARRIVE EARLY-I know this can be difficult but plan to arrive early as you will need to find parking and me before your designated time slot. Slots are scheduled pretty tightly and if you arrive late, as much as I would love to extend your session I simply will be unable to. 

PARKING- There is parking along the inside of the fence at the road frontage. The entrance is closest to hwy 73, and across from the neighborhood The Haven. The exit is near the driveway. There are signs for entrance and exit. The parking will be in the grass between the road (Beth Haven Church Rd) and the new gravel drive. There is also a few spots in the grass available on the grass on the other side of the gravel drive by the front trees parking parallel with the gravel drive. IF that is all full, you can park along Beth Haven Church Rd on either side in the grass. 

PORT-A-POT- there is a port a pot available to you. It sticks out like a sore thumb near the driveway near the greenhouse. 

DOGS- are allowed, on a leash anytime until we open for tree cutting on Nov 27. Starting Nov 27th.

While I hope that the weather will cooperate if it looks like rain I will have no choice but to cancel your session. Unfortunately, rain and my camera gear do not mix. I will make every effort to rescheduled but rescheduling at the farm may be difficult as it has been fully booked for months. I can offer an alternative or a full refund should we have to cancel. Obviously, I hope it does not come to that but should the weather forecast look bad I will make the call at least 3 hours prior to your session to save you from the hassle of preparing for a canceled shoot. 

DAY OF SHOOT- I will be arriving at the farm early and locating a meeting spot. I will be unable to do this until the day of as there will be multiple photographers there. Please keep an eye on your phone as I will text you more information as to where to meet me once you arrive. It may be a good idea to give me a backup number just in case. Once sessions start it will be difficult for me to attend to my phone.  

Finally, please take a minute to send me a quick email with information regarding your family size and makeup, including the ages of your children. For example Smith family of 4, girls ages 4 & 6, and one boxer dog. We will be wearing predominantly red and white. This will be super helpful in me gathering the best props for your session.
